How to Cancel your Zoosk Subscription?

Zoosk subscription enables various features like conversations with other subscribers, connecting with SmartPick, and others. However, if you don’t find it useful and want to cancel your subscription, here’s how. 

Note: If you want to deactivate your Zoosk account, you have to cancel your subscription first. 

What happens when you cancel your Subscription?

Prior to your canceling Zoosk subscription deletion, make sure you are aware of some facts. After you cancel the subscription, you can still use your account and the cancellation will become effective when the current billing period expires. The automatic billing and future charges for your account will be stopped immediately. However, Zoosk doesn’t offer any refunds if you cancel before your subscription term ends.

How to cancel a Zoosk subscription using a desktop web browser?

If you have directly subscribed to Zoosk, follow these steps:

1. Visit zoosk.com and sign in to your account. 
2. Click on your name at the top right corner. 
3. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu. 
4. Select Subscription on the left. 
5. Now, click on Cancel My Subscription. 
6. Confirm your subscription cancellation. 

How to cancel a Zoosk subscription on mobile?

1. Launch a web browser and go to zoosk.com.
2. Sign in to your account. 
3. Tap on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner. 
4. Tap on the ⚙️ (settings) icon next to your nickname. 
5. Now, tap on Subscriptions. 
6. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. 
7. Confirm your subscription cancellation. 

 

How to cancel a Zoosk subscription on iPhone?

If you’ve subscribed to Zoosk through Apple or iTunes, follow these steps: 

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. 
2. Tap on your name at the top. 
3. Tap on Subscriptions. If didn’t find Subscriptions:
4. Tap iTunes & App Store. 
   • Tap on your Apple ID. 
   • Tap View Apple ID. Sign in if prompted. 
   • Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions. 
5. You’ll see all your active subscriptions, select Zoosk. 
6. Tap on Cancel Subscription. 

How to get a refund?

If you’re unsatisfied with Zoosk’s service and wish to cancel your subscription, then it might be difficult to get a refund as it is non-refundable. They have no refund policy, but you can reach out to the Zoosk support team if you are eligible. If you cancel the membership of Zoosk within 3 working days of signing up then as per the refund policy you can receive a refund in full.

Through letters

You can send the letter if you live in a state eligible for a refund to cancel your subscription within three business days from signing up by sending your refund request letter to

You can write an email to the customer team of Zoosk at the link [email protected].  Ensure to incorporate in the email that you canceled the subscription and are eligible for a refund. Also, don’t forget to provide your login information, email address, and state-specific information noted in the Zoosk Terms of Use.

Through Social Networks

If none of the methods works for you, try to get to the Zoosk team by using social media. Zoosk has strong Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.

Direct messages them on these sites by choosing any one of them or if you wish you can write on those sites. Explain your issue and request for refund.

Through DoNotPay

If you do not receive any response from the above techniques then you can try using the DoNotPay app. This app will request on your behalf to resolve your issue.
