How to Cancel the Prodigy Membership?
Before you delete the Prodigy account, remember to cancel your membership if you have subscribed for it. Canceling will cause your membership benefits to expire at the end of your billing cycle and prevent future renewals. You can easily cancel your membership from the Prodigy website. - Visit the Prodigy website and log into your account.

What are Prodigy’s Membership Renewal & Refund Policies?
Prodigy provides membership services that require paid subscriptions in order to access its services. By subscribing, you agree to the condition that membership subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
The renewal date is at the end of the term purchased. The term is one calendar month, 6-months, or one calendar year, as specified by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
Membership renewal
Until you cancel your Prodigy membership yourself, they’ll continue to charge for the membership renewal by using the same method of payment you’d chosen at the time of purchase.
Further, unless they notify, the renewal will be for the same term and amount as a first purchase. However, they can be changed without notice.

If you’ve purchased a monthly subscription, request a refund within 15 days of purchase and for 6 months subscription, request within 30 days of the purchase. You can get a full refund of fees paid for the most recent term. The refund will only be issued to the method of payment selected during your initial purchase of the membership subscription.
Note: If you’d canceled your membership subscription without requesting a refund from Prodigy by e-mail, you’ll not get any refund.
A refund will not be granted if you try to request after the first 15 days of the most recent monthly term or 30 days of an annual term have passed.
