What happens when you cancel your Netflix subscription?

Likewise, Netflix will keep all information linked to your account for 10 months. How to cancel Netflix Membership using the mobile app?

1. Open the Netflix app on your phone

3. Tap on Account. A default browser will open up your account settings page.
   
   
4. Scroll down and tap on the Cancel Membership button.
   
   
5. Tap Finish Cancellation to confirm.

3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top. 
4. Select View Apple ID from the popup window. 
5. Tap on Subscriptions. 
6. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions, tap on Netflix. 
7. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. 
8. A popup window will appear, tap Confirm.
