Children can also do various activities like coloring, videos, learning games, poems, puzzles, etc.

How to Delete ABCmouse Account?

ABCmouse provides direct deletion from their website. You can easily delete ABCmouse account either through the website or via email. Follow the steps on the given methods for account deletion.

Delete ABCmouse Account Through Email

1. Open your email account associated with your ABCmouse account.
2. Compose a new email and enter the receiver’s address as [email protected].
3. Type Request to Delete My Account in the Subject section.
4. Now, write an email requesting ABCmouse to delete your account from their servers and remove all your information.
5. Finally, hit Send.

Delete ABCmouse Account Through Website

1. Go to the ABCmouse website and log in with your email and password.
2. At bottom of the page click on Parents.
3. Click on My Account under Parents Links.
4. Then, click on Cancellation Policy.
5. Click Continue for the next three pages.
6. Now, choose a cancellation reason and click on Continue again for three pages.
7. Check the I Understand box and select Continue Cancellation.

1. Go to the Google Play Store on your Android.
2. Tap on the three horizontal bars at the top.
3. Select My Apps & Games.
4. Then, select Subscriptions.
5. Select the ABCMouse subscription and select Manage.
6. Now, tap on Cancel and Cancel Subscription.
7. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. You may wish to delete the app after your subscription is over.

From iPhone app

1. Go to the Settings on your iPhone.
2. Visit iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
4. Then, select View Apple ID.
5. Scroll down to Subscriptions and select Manage.
6. Now, deselect the Automatic Renewal.
7. Confirm the cancellation by selecting Turn Off.
8. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. You may wish to delete the app after your subscription is over.

From the Amazon App store

If you’ve subscribed for ABCmouse through the Amazon App Store, you can cancel your ABCmouse subscription on your Amazon account page.

1. Visit the Amazon subscription page.
2. Select Actions from the right side.
3. Now, choose to Turn off auto-renewal from the drop-down menu.
4. Confirm that you would like to turn off auto-renewal on the next menu.

How to Delete a Child Profile?

Do you want to delete a child profile? ABCmouse family subscription comes with one parent profile and up to three child profiles. Follow the below-given steps to cancel the child profile.

1. Tap on the Settings or Gear icon from the ABCmouse home page.
2. Select the Parent Section.
3. Then, tap on the Settings panel on the Parent Home page.
4. Select the Child Profile you would like to delete.
5. Now, click Edit next to User Profile.
6. Tap on Delete Profile from the bottom.
7. Select the Yes to proceed with the deleting of the profile.

How to Delete Students?

If you’re a teacher and want to delete students, then follow these steps.

1. Go to the Teacher Section.
2. Click on Update Class Roster under Classroom Tools.
3. Then, click the blue Trash Can icon on the right panel for the profile you’d like to remove.
4. You will be directed to Confirm the selection before deleting it. OR, you also have the option to Delete All students at the top right of the page.
