Delete your Spring Me account/TWOO account on the mobile application

1. Launch the TWOO application on your device.
2. Tap on the bell icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
3. Click on the profile at the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Then click on the gear icon or setting icon present in the upper-right corner.
5. From the Settings, choose Account.
6. Click on Account Status, and then click on Delete your account.
7. Choose Delete account, and click Continue.
8. Skip the benefits of having TWOO Premium, and tap on Delete account.
9. From the dropdown menu, choose a reason for closing your account, and click Continue.

Delete your TWOO account from the web browser

1. Log in to your account on twoo.com.
2. Click on the three-dot icon at the top-right corner.
3. From the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the Account section.
5. Tap on Delete Account.
6. Choose Delete account, and click Continue.
7. A popup window appears. Tap on Delete account.
8. Choose a reason for leaving TWOO, and click on Continue to confirm account deletion.
